Crafted around a broken heart stone, this necklace features a heart-shaped turquoise stone that split organically into three distinct fragments. Rather than discarding the pieces, the design embraces their irregularity, each section individually set in sterling silver, linked to preserve the shape without hiding the separation.
The bottom fragment is intentionally left rough, echoing deterioration, vulnerability, and the engraved inscription on the reverse: “LOVE IS DEAD.” The result is a modern, conceptual pendant that balances raw texture with refined metalwork. Handmade in North Queensland, it is a one-of-a-kind piece that carries its story openly.
